Meet Dr. Jay Wright
With a commitment to patient care, Dr. Wright employs the most effective techniques to manage both acute and chronic pain.
Dr. Wright has been providing pain management services in central Florida for 25 years. He earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and completed his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. Subsequently, he pursued a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Wright is board certified by both the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Medicine. His distinctions include recognition as a Castle Connolly Regional Top Doctor from 2014 to 2025 and being named an Orlando Family Magazine Top Physician in 2019.
Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Wright values time with his family and is an accomplished saltwater fly fisherman holding four IGFA world records. In addition, he enjoys the thrill of snowboarding in the winter and staying fit at the gym.
